Looking for a watch on a budget

My bf 27m works with tons of of snooty rich people and constantly feels like he doesn’t fit in. I know this is a shot in the dark, but I was hoping to purchase a nicer watch that might boost his confidence a bit at work.

Unfortunately, I’m also not rich. I’m hoping to spend around $500 to get him something nice. He says he’d prefer a leather band. Do I have any options here? Thanks 😊
