Request - Farmer’s Daughter Soda Bread Recipe

Hi all. I’m living away from Melbourne at the moment and I’m trying to recreate the Farmer’s Daughter soda bread at home. Does anyone know how they make their bread? It’s a dark brown loaf with an almost sweet / malty taste. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
