1986 chevy c3500

Hey everyone, I got a 86 chevy 3500. Has the 454 in it, I have a issue that the ignition is not getting power when I turn the key, no dash lights, no radio, fuel pump doesn't turn on, nothing.. only thing that works is the head lights. (Switch is off on the dash) I am kinda stumped. I already replaced the ignition switch and the key tumbler (tumbler was unrelated an has ran since)

Awhile back I was having issues with the starter, (getting hot an not starting back up) so I parked it and got back to it to replace the starter. I went to move it and it didn't get any power to the ignition. Didn't think anything of it an just went along with the starter replacement.. an its sat ever since..

Not really sure what to do at this point, no fuses are blown or anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I hate to see it sit.
