Cell phone generation

Came in today to a cluster of 3 issues. I was supposed to have a late start but 3 employees texted me at 5am with issues. Ok, I'm on it. I arrive to find them all sitting around on their cell phones as I begin to research the problems. They arent trying to solve the problems, no troubleshooting, just sitting on their cells phones. All of the problems were do to with not doing routine tasks the employees are responsible for. When confronted they all said, we'll we let you know their was an issue. They think their responsibilities begin and end with texting others to fix problems. I'm OVER the generation. They are fucking useless.
