Irritability issues while in a deficit

I‘m so irritated the whole time and I’m trying not to take it on others. I don’t feel physically hungry and I don’t feel the need to eat more but simply being in a calorie deficit is taking a toll on me. My emotions are all over the place and my anxiety is higher for no reason. I also feel tired. Does anyone else experience this?

I eat 3 balanced meals a day and my deficit is not high at all. No more than 300 kcal per day if I go by how fast I’m losing weight.

How am I supposed to lose weight when even such a small deficit takes me out of balance? People around me started commenting on how fatigued I look.

Do any of you have some advice on how to feel more energised?
