Help Please? Unifan Infinity is just working partially.

I bought a new mother board, MSI x570s Carbon and 2 3-packs of infinitys and it is showing as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). The fans are working but not the RBG even though it is hooked up in the ARGB header and SYS FAN header. The only time it will work is if you hook up the USB line to a USB header on the mobo but then the fans would then stop working but will light up instead. I tried using a different controller and different combinations of lines and USB, ARGB, SYS FAN header but to no avail it works as intended. Anyone here experiencing the same?

Update: So I think I tried every popular fix searchable and still no luck I even tried the manual firmware update that lian li support suggested and still USB Unknown and it not being detected. Here is the USB event log maybe someone will able to figure it out?
