Car accident

So I got rear ended on the highway back in July, went to urgent care the next day for neck pain got an x-ray started going to a chiropractor and physical therapist then got an MRI. Come to find out that I have a bulging disc and degenerative arthritis in my neck. I was forced to use five days of vacation days for my job because my pain and the pain over the course of the past four months has affected my mental health going to the gym as well as my job. Not to mention every time I’m at a stoplight or slowing down I have a fear of getting rear ended . It’s been getting a lot better but still a little pain. I should be done with medical care next month I understand every case is different and I guess it depends on the at fault parties insurance limits but Google says anywhere between 31,000 to like 100,000 settlement but I’m curious if anybody has dealt with something similar I’m just trying to get an idea of what money I should expect from this
