random creep made me uncomfortable

so today , I went to the park for a walk in the evening (it was not dark by then). While walking i noticed a middle aged guy staring at me and touching his stomach or a bit lower , made me uncomfortable . I walked fast and crossed to the other park (there are 2 parks side by side) , while walking , I noticed he was still standing there and after sometime I saw him filming me from far. That was totally uncomfortable for me. I covered my face and walked to the other lane . He was still standing over there . I was a bit scared after this tbh , he was standing over there for a long time , as I came to the other lane , he wasn't visible so hopefully he left , I put on music while walking again to distract myself. I could have asked him why was he filming me but he was a bit far and he might have deleted it all to prove me wrong and call me names , yk the boys here.
