Hard crash every few minutes

I'm having constant crashes with KCD2 on PC. As in every 10min or so, and it's a hard crash that completely reboots my PC.

My specs are: Ryzen 5 7600x, RX 6650xt (latest AMD drivers - Adrenaline 24.12.1), 16GB RAM

Which puts up well about the requirements for medium at 60FPS at my 1080p. Yet the crashes happen even on low graphic settings and at 30FPS with no upscaling. Monitoring performance I'm at under 50% utilisation most of the time (with fluctuations above that for the GPU) on everything and temperature hotspots are around 60C so I'm pretty sure I'm not overly taxing my system. I've turned off my GPU overlock / undervolt (back to default profile) and also turned off Steam overlay. None of those helped much.

Any suggestions? It's utterly unplayable as it is.
