Blending and decoding

What kind of words are your mid year Kindergarten kids able to blend and decode independently this time of year? Are they blending a decoding mostly Cvc words like zip, leg, dog, etc or can they blend and decode words like crunch, shrubs, plants, etc. Just trying to gauge what the average Kindergarten can blend and decode in February of Kindergarten. Thanks!!
