Almost ate shit 😂

Currently in the middle of a volume cycle to bring up my pistol squats. After 6 sets of 5 pistols at 40kg, almost ate shit putting the bell down after a set of double KB front squats.

Full workout:

  • single leg lateral plyos (not shown)
  • Double KB “longer cycle” (half snatch to jerk) - up to 2x32kg x 5
  • Double KB pistol squat - 2x20kg x 5 each leg, 6 sets
  • Double KB front squat - up to 2x40kg x 10
  • KB somersault squat - 40kg x 20
