Sick leave and she can do promotions? What a joke

I don't think their doctor really know she's an influencer to begin but she's just being dramatic because this is not what a sick leave is for. I mean you work from home, your job is making silly little video on the internet, bffr. She said she used to work for the gym, if she would've said I can't go to my job and do that kind of videos promoting the gym ok i get it or office work or something that require working for someone else that it's being affected by the nausea but she does nothing all day and so far still manage to make videos about nothing and now she make a big deal about being granted sick leave??
