What is this HVAC piece called?

I have been searching the internet for hours trying to figure this out. What is the piece called that is screwed into the floor joists? The 90 degree boot sits inside of it, in channels along the 10” sides. The register cover/diffuser then screws into this piece. I’m needing to buy more and can’t find them anywhere.
