Should I prioritize Dolby Vision or Dolby Atmos?

My current setup consists of an LG OLED C7 and a Samsung K950 soundbar. Unfortunately at the moment the soundbar is only able to pass HDR10 to my tv and my soundbar is unable to decode atmos from my TV, so I either have the option of using Dolby Vision or Dolby Atmos at any given time. My question is: would the better overall experience be with Dolby Atmos and HDR10 or Dolby Vision and 5.1 surround? Thanks.
