Need help! Infinity Kappa Series II 7.1

So my dad has these a pair of these speakers. I have no knowledge whatsoever about this, but my dad wants something to drive these. Is all I need a stereo receiver?

Can someone recommend one for me? Budget friendly if possible! ($200-300ish)

Also why are there four connections on the back of the speaker?
