Did anyone else pronounce character names weird when they read the books?

I always thought pius thicknese (the minister under the imperius curse) was pronounced thickneese.

I also pronounced hermione, ermione idk why i thought the H was silent.

I pronounced crabbe as crabbae for some reason, idk it just seem right.
