What do y'all think of the idea of legal businesses?

Businesses like V story mode, or the shops in little Seoul. Nothing special but it teaches newbies how to run businesses. And add actual office buildings with employees like data solutions or whatnot. Idk just thought of it and it sounded cool, what are your thoughts?
