Anyone order from glassesusa.com?

So I found a pair of frames I want but they don't list the measurement of the frame width like pivot screw to pivot screw to see if they will dig into my temples or not. I sent them an email asking for this specific measurement and they finally got back to me after 4 days saying "Below are the measurements listed for that frame unfortunately it doesn't list the frame width" and shown the copy pasted picture of measurements from their website that doesn't have frame width... Is this a major red flag if they cant even get a simple measurement? Also why the hell wouldn't they list this critical measurement? Ive seen several frames and websites that dont list it...
