Can anyone help with bambu studio settings for DB9a..

Printed the lower twice turn 180° and the same issue appeared in the same spot. I believe it has something to do with layer time in bamboo studio, but I’m not sure how to fix it. I’ve tried adjusting layer times but I don’t quite understand it, nor does it get rid of the ghosting Like the line would still be there if I printed it.
