Door dent repair recommendations

I had an unfortunate event yesterday where my 2024 Ford Escape door hit a pipe (due to heavy wind yesterday in Ontario, Canada). Is there something I can do as DYI so that the paint doesn’t peel off? I went to couple of body shops and they are asking north of 1k.
