Did the Holy Fire get nerfed?

Is it just me or did the Holy Fire get silently nerfed? My full health build’s damage numbers are under 100 for West Tek runs, but before they update they’ve always been above 100. Tested out a regular AA flamer and it has higher damage compared to my Holy Fire with Ari rolled on it.

I remember comparing the two a while back trying to figure out which has higher damage, and my Ari Holy Fire had just a bit more damage. But now it’s drastically lower, what gives?
