Unnoficial gay fates writers on there way to make Reina an S tier character

Like I’m actually shocked. Gay fates put a lot of new great supports that extends on the characters or are just wholesome like Keaton and Hinata’s support that is just feel good

But they knocked it out the park with Reina. Reina had the problem of being Corrin sexual making her a underdeveloped unit.

Gay fates added so many supports to her making her feel way more lively. They don’t go overboard with the killing aspect making it still part of her character but giving her insecurities about it like in her support with Kaze where she is shown to be self conscious about how people see her scars and how she is not feminine (Kaze gives her an awesome line too about how she should be proud of her scars)

In Selena’s support it’s all about family which is logical she is a kinshi knight and Selena is a whole mommy issues mess but it’s more about how Reina perceives her family

Orochi support is about mikoto and the link both have as retainers of her for years and there tumultuous relationship

Oboro is about an ex lover she had. Lesbian lover actually which talks about grief and they both bond over it and oboro’s love for fashion is a last way for Reina to finally let go of her guilt about her past lovers death… which brings us to the two best supports of Reina to me

Gunther and Azura

Both are linked to the death of her lover cause after this Reina snapped because of her lovers death. Combined that with Ghunter’s loyalty before and you have a recepie for disaster. They both hate each other and fought with each other multiple times. Ghunter even had to lower his morals in order to maybe kill her squad but they escaped. Reina did get captured and interrogated and i like to think it’s where the scar come from..still she freed herself from torture from a man who also killed many people from her country… and her beloved. Reina killed him… but it was ghunter’s son. Both of them have a right to hate each other cause ghunter lost his son. Yes he was an horrible person but ghunter is still his father any father would feel mad for it. Still they decide to put these feelings asside for the greater goods and because they feel conflicted. It also ties into why ghunter got betrayed. Because of Reina who killed his son Ghunter refused the retainer position from Garon and of course knowing Garon he Eien it take it well and that’s why ghunter almost dies in the first few chapters. It’s amazing

Azura ties into the whole snapping thing due to cheve and the death of her girlfriend. Reina avoids azura in general due to feeling ashamed of herself. Azura doesn’t understand because she hid the trauma away but Reina makes her remember when she gives the reason. When Reina lost it all and azura got captured some times later; Reina filled with rage tried to kill her. Azura tells her it was horrible yes but understands where she is coming from and still Reina just couldn’t kill a child. It was not who she was.

It’s then revealed that a maid during her Norh’s day gave a poison that would kill without pain azura if she ever had to do it after her mother’s death. Azura was scared when she was taken away due to poor experience in Nohr. She thought she would be tortured and was ready to end it painlessly but when she tried it Reine came to try to kill her and scared her. Making the poison drop. By almost killing her reina gave azura a second chance and that’s why azura can’t bring herself to hate Reina and she wants Reina to forgive herself all while knowing she will not do it right now but hopes she will get better. Azura tries her best cause of the influence of mikoto to help her. The two finish there support by actually going shopping together in order to mend the relationship

Like why does Reina get top tier Fire emblem support writting in a fan mode. This version of Reika is top tier as a character. She is funny, well written, with An amazing backstory diving into her many traumas and her supports all try something different without contradicting each other which is a problem a lot of fates has (my boy laslow suffers heavily from it but biggest exemple are Charlotte gold digging nature who keeps on going even if she marries and Peri as whole) honestly this post is mainly to give props to the team cause they made a character i forgot a character I love
