Omakase help in Tokyo

My family and I are visiting Tokyo early April and we have one day where we have reserved a baby sitter (April 12th) and want to get the best Sushi we can find at such short notice. Based on what we have found so far these are the options I have seen that have reservations available

Hakkoku - I already have reservation with second chef (can cancel for small fee)

Hatano Yoshiko - available right now on omakase.in

Sushi Masuda - available right now on omakase.in

Kiyota

Sushi Inomata - would love to go but might be too far with a baby sitter (worth the effort?)

Hashiguchi - not sure if available, but trying to get help calling for reservation. Our hotel said they can only do it once we check in 🙄

For context, we are from Seattle and love sushi and have tried all the popular omakase available here. Would love to try out the best we can while in Tokyo.

I am having cold feet with Hakkoku because of the recent post here with the second chef.

Any thoughts on these options? Any other recommendations? We are not necessarily looking for Michelin star options as they can be overrated. I am sure there are some hidden gems that we would not know about.

Thank you in advance.
