Far Cry 3 crashes on startup

Hey so today I decided to play Far Cry 3 for the first time from steam but every time I try to launch it this happens. I tried re-downloading it, checking the drivers and windows for any updates. I checked some video tutorials on the matter but nothing fixes it. Does anyone know what's the problem or how to fix?

In case it's important I have a W11 rtx 4070 i9 14900HX
