Pocketbook pdf and browser issues/questions

Hello all. Today I got a Pocketbook Touch HD 3. I have a bunch of books in pdf and the text is incredibly small. When I go to settings I cannot change the font type or size. The option isnt there at all. There is some zoom option but what it does is that words go over the edges so I dont see full sentences. I also tried playing with the margin options to no avail.

One of the main reasons I went for Pocketbook and not Kindle is that it supports more formats.

My partner's Kindle 4 reads PDFs just fine and I can change the font and all that stuff.

So am I missing something or is this working as it should? Do I need to convert everything to epub?

Also for browser, I know obviously e-reader is not meant for webbrowsing but I wanted to use it to study Power BI materials on microsoft docs page because on the phone I always get distracted by social media or whatever.

But when I go to the page it tells me the browser is not supported anymore or something like that and asks me to download Edge but it doesnt download anything, it just shows me a screen vertically divided into half with information about Edge and its also very unresponsive on that page and I cant really do much.

I tried googling but cant really find anything, sadly it seems theres so much more information about Kindle than Pocketbook.

Any help will be appreciated.
