I can't purchase nomad esim in India - won't accept credit card

When I try to buy it says 'Purchase can not be made due to local regulation policy restriction.' and I'm using a visa credit card. This is nomad esim.

Can anyone recommend me an esim provider for India. The first esim I bought did not work. This provider won't let me buy. Airalo is canned. I'm not sure why this is so difficult.
