Does organic dropshipping work?

Hi guys, I’m a 17-year-old guy who is just about start dropshipping again after a few failed results, but still working hard to reach succes.

Is there anyone on this sub who I could talk to, ask questions etc. who has good results and lots of experience in connection with organic dropshipping? I would really appreciate it, that conversation would be life changing.
