Legal and allowed drop shipping on eBay

Does anyone know how to start drop shipping on eBay, and won’t get me banned. I see a lot of YouTube videos but they make no sense, how are you going to post a camping tent from Walmart and price it for $10-13 dollars more and just put the buyers info onto a online Walmart order? That has to be illegal. I want to learn about how to get in touch with real suppliers.
