Dasher account deactivated for Late drop off

As the Tittle says. Got an email today saying account got deactivated because of l contract violation. “because you repeatedly failed to complete orders you accepted in a timely manner.” I only had 6 late delivery. They have reduced the time for late delivery down to 10 mins. I dash in Toronto and traffic here is horrendous. So I ended up getting late some times.

What can I do to get my account back. Please help
