How do you all nomad long term in Thailand, BK?

I'm EU citizen, been nomading out of Vietnam the past years, doing visa runs continuously by applying the e-visas. However, I wanted to try out BK after doing my visa runs there. But it seems the process may slightly different from simply applying for e-visa every 3 months. Any EU citizen could tell me what pathway you are taking in order to stay there for 1 year+?
