Can someone explain to me how this survivor was able to work with the killer to find me???

We were the only 2 survivors, and he knew EXACTLY where I was. He had no aura reading perks, and it definitely wasn't a lucky guess. He led the nurse halfway across the map from RPD and pointed directly at a locker that I was in, with no crows. His perks were Iron Will, Lithe, Windows of Opportunity, and We'll Make It.
