How to hookup in college nowadays

I’m a 19(M) I’ve had sex once and I’ve bad at talking to girls in a romantic manner out of fear of rejection I believe and a lack of emotional intelligence. I would like a detailed way of approaching a girl on snap or tinder to hookup cause I’m 6’3, good facial features, and bulky but when it comes to talking to an attractive girl I can’t talk like I’m use to but with girls I don’t find attractive they hit me up tryna talk which I don’t have any interest in but I believe I may be more of myself which is why they like me but I can’t do it with other so if someone could tell me what to say and do so that I can hookup with girls I like or even potentially date em that would be great help cause right now I’m kinda snapping back n forth with a girl and we have a small convos but nothing major she even invited me to her game but idk how to get to a next step.
