How does dating change for guys versus girls as they approach or are in their 30s?

Just wondering what your impressions are on dating as a guy versus as a girl as one approaches or are in their 30s.

Do you find that people are more straightforward, to-the-point, intentional and honest when dating?

What about "playing games"? Do you find that there's less of this as well?

Why or why not and why do you think this is?
