Best way to watch Tsai Ming Liang's Walker series?

A while ago I saw "Walker" 2012 and it really intrigued me. Ever since, I've been looking for the rest of the 11 films. I can't find them legally (except Journey to the west and Walker) and I can't find them Illegally. And I know we don't support piracy here, but these films are nowhere to be found. Does anyone have an idea of where to find them, preferably legally, but I'll bite anything at this point.
