bitrate: what's goin on

idk if songs have a specific bitrate on them or what but i converted all the songs in 320kb/s. none of the ones i checked are even in 300kb/s. they fluctuate between 250-290kb/s. im sure there is one at least in 300 but why the inconsistency? am i stupid or what
