Just a rant

I dont understand why why why people have more than one child when their first child is high needs. Like you know that any other child you have will always end up feeling neglected. I see it all the time anytime i meet a child whos high needs and they have siblings the parents treat the other kid like a butler servent caretaker its so fustrating.
