Why do parents think they’re better than us CF folks?

Okay, so does anyone else feel like parents think they’re better than us CF folks because they simply chose to reproduce? I’m not saying all parents are like this. I’ve met some parents that genuinely support my decision to be CF as a woman. My best friend supports and understands why I want to be childfree. But why is it that some parents think they are the best thing since sliced bread just because they reproduced? I have an old friend who legitimately thinks she’s better than everyone else because she had a kid, and it’s just yuck. I’m just annoyed because IMO, nobody is better than anyone else based on their personal life choices. I mean, at the end of the day, they are just a personal life choices.
