Losing by Abandonment while looking directly at the board

There seems to be a bug in the chess.com app where I’ll abandon a game while I’m in it, no switching to other apps, no locking the screen.

It’s like if the game clicked resign for me. It’s super weird because it’s happened both in an opponent’s turn and my own.

I thought I was getting disconnected based on internet connection quality, but each time it has happened, it’s not displaying the “Reconnecting” line at all.
