Had an Oopsie

Last night my foot slipped off the clutch.And I hit a parked car. As you can see from the video, the front left quarter panel is dented.I'm just curious.Would anyone have any recommendations of what to do?Would I be better off ordering a quarter panel?And paying for it to get painted.The person whose car I hit was very sound and said I can get a quote to fix it myself and they will get a quote off their mechanic. As I'll be paying for this out of pocket and not through insurance I'm just wondering would anyone have any recommendations for mechanics/panel beaters in the Chapelizod, Ballyfermot,Clondalkin,Palmerstown area?
