28 Days on Carnivore - Looking for Feedback
Hey everyone,
I’m 28 days into my carnivore journey and wanted to check in for some feedback. My body has definitely changed, but maybe not as significantly as I expected. Overall, this month has been amazing, and I feel like a big part of that is due to supplements helping ease a lot of the adaptation symptoms. That said, I’m feeling a bit tired right now.
One of the biggest benefits of this diet for me has been the freedom from calorie counting—just eating until I’m full and not obsessing over food. So while I’m open to advice, I’d like to keep that aspect of things the same.
Would love any thoughts or feedback!
Diet (Most Days)
Breakfast: - 7 slices of bacon - 5 eggs - Butter & salt
Lunch: - 1 lb of meat (ground beef, lamb, or duck) - Butter & salt - (Optional: 2-3 eggs)
Dinner: - 1 lb steak - 3 eggs - Butter & salt
Supplements
- 1 beef organ pill
- 2 drops of iodine (in water)
- 250 mg magnesium (2 pills)
- 10,000 IU Vitamin D/K2
- Collagen powder
- 1 cup of chicken bone broth (organic, only bones & water)
- 1 scoop electrolyte powder
- As much water as I can manage
Exercise Routine - 3-4 days a week of solid Zone 2 cardio - I’m a gym guy, so I do a lot of different workouts, but lately, I’ve been mainly focused on fat loss.
Again, I’d love any feedback—especially about energy levels and whether my expectations for physical changes might need adjusting. Thanks!
