New to carnivore and loving it so far!
I'm not strict or anything. Eggs, beef, salmon and butter so far. I'm still doing a C4 energy drink most days...for now.
I know it's probably mostly water weight, but I started last Wednesday at 272....I weighed in at 260.2 this morning.
Overall, I feel great. No "side affects" or anything like that. I quit cooking with avocado oil a while back after I realized it was making me feel somewhat lethargic.
My birthday is in October and my goal is 200 by then. 🦾
