Should I pivot?

I'm an admin professional. I have around 10 years of experience in all kinds of environments (legal, non profit, financial) and am having a HARD time. Of course I know my experience isn't unique. This job market is hot garbage for employees. I've applied for basic admin roles, office manager roles, exec admin roles, leasing consultant roles and everything related. My CV and cover letter are polished and tailored for each one. Am I wasting time continuing to apply for these kinds of jobs? I'm in a sticky place bc my severance from my last job is almost up and I have no leads. What else should I be looking into? Should I pivot?
