Ready to leave classroom! Any advice?

Hey there! I'm a middle school science teacher looking to shake things up for a bigger paycheck and hopefully more job happiness.

Been rocking the classroom for six years, mainly with science but threw in two years of math too. Got a B.A. in Africana Studies and I'm currently diving into a Master's in Education for Curriculum and Instruction.

Ready to switch things up, whether it's within education or trying something totally new. Right now, I'm pulling in around $80k, but I'm on a mission to hit $100k in the next two years. Shooting for the stars with a long-term goal of a comfy $150k+.

My big question is: How do I make it happen?
