What is everyone's go to applications and customisations on a fresh pc?

I've had my pc for over a year now but due to a virus I had to reset my PC entirely (still got all my games which are on an external drive that wasn't plugged in at the time thank god).

But now I'm left thinking, on YouTube or TikTok you always find these really cool applications that give you live wallpapers, remove the taskbar and place the important features else where, windows DE-bloaters.

I know about wallpaper engine on steam but that's a resources hog and a half.

Now that I am starting fresh I want to know what are some go to applications that you use also what does everyone do for live wallpapers, debloating and UI changes?
