First time payoneer user. How long will this take? (+ side rant)

Long story short, I just got my new job and it's been 2 weeks since I started and I wasn't able to get a hold of my money. Baon na kami sa utang and I can't just "wait" for another fucking week. I can't tell the bills to "wait" or my stomach to "wait".

I specifically got this job so I could help my mom and I have to... wait? Sorry if I'm a little impatient, I'm a working student who gets up at 5, goes to his 7:30 am class, finishes at 4:30, works at 6:00 and then ends shift at 11:00.

I'm tired, man. I just want to pay what needs to be paid and have that goddamn freedom to do so bc PayPal's holding money til the 8th of Feb and my recent pay this week is pending from Payoneer.
