Does anyone else think this place is a racket?

I get they don’t offer resale, but I had a death in the family and had to eat the cost of four zhu tickets because they don’t offer refunds and have such a grip on the resale market. I tried to resell via app, find friends, and requested a refund… nothing worked. Anyone else recommend other venues or ways to not patron Mirage or Dice? I’m so over it…
