what to do?

I'm going to travel to Brasilia for spring break because of university. we will have a lot of free time during the day and nighttime and I was wondering if any Brasilians can give ideas on where to go and what to do. Also any good shopping recs please! I tried looking online and all I got was negative reviews on nightlife and complaints about expenses.
