blender does not want to work

I used took a break from blender about a month before it randomly stopped working on 4.2, it just showed me the blank gray screen, so I updated to 4.3 thinking it was just because it was an old version. it still doesn't work, I've tried repairing, reinstalling, running as admin, rolling back, etc. I've updated my graphics drivers and windows but still no luck.
