Easy ideas to do this Nel cosplay?

Not sure if this is the right place to post something like this but I thought to try.

Anyway, I have the wig and her head piece already but I really want to do this outfit of hers rather than her standard green type outfit. I haven't seen too many cosplays of this outfit of hers sadly and just would like an inexpensive and easy way of doing it. The fur parts may be hard as I don't have a sewing machine or know how to sew. And not sure how to do the shoulder pieces, but the rest seems simple enough.

Otherwise, if anyone knows of someone that makes cosplays that I can commission?
