What is a plot inaccuracy that grinds your gears?

I know the story grew into its own beast and some small things were forgotten as the show kept going on so I don't mind. For me, a small inaccuracy was Aizen calling grimmjows fracciones some of the lowest of the gillians, and even Toshiro considered them gillians as well. In the grimmjow fight backstory, all of them are adjuchas except for Nakeem, he's the only gillian of the group.

I know this is like the smallest thing to knit pick but I loved those guys, I don't like my boys getting disrespected. Except nakeem he can be disrespected

Also, I know espada number 9 was a gillian with a weird ass release form, what do we think Nakeem's would look like? Maybe fatter than the espada's? Jk
